We use your information to operate the Service, authenticate you, deliver content to people you share with, send transactional and notification emails you've opted into, prevent abuse, and improve LEWPT. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with: (a) service providers that host and operate LEWPT on our behalf (cloud hosting, database, email delivery); (b) people you explicitly invite or who hold a valid share link; (c) authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember theme preferences, and maintain session state. You can clear these at any time through your browser. These are essential to the Service and do not require consent.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or ad-tracking pixels on LEWPT. We may use server-side search reporting (such as Google Search Console), which reports aggregate performance from search results and does not place cookies on your device or track you across websites.
If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this Policy and show a consent choice in regions where one is required before those cookies load.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone, we permanently remove your profile, projects, content, and integrations. Limited log records may be retained for security and legal compliance.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Account holders can exercise most of these rights directly from Settings; for anything else, email privacy@lewpt.com.
LEWPT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Lowe Labs LLC is based in the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the Service or by email.
