Effective June 3, 2026 · LEWPT is operated by Lowe Labs LLC ("Lowe Labs", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using LEWPT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LEWPT. You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You retain all ownership rights to the audio, artwork, comments, and other materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Lowe Labs a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, transcode, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to deliver it to people you share it with.
You agree not to (a) upload content you do not have the rights to share; (b) infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (c) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (e) use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or harmful purposes.
Share links you generate may grant view, comment, or edit access to anyone who holds the link. You are responsible for who you share links with and for revoking access when appropriate.
LEWPT may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Drive or Dropbox). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. On termination, Your Content may be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lowe Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lowe Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
